• The Company is not responsible for issues arising from product use contrary to provided guidelines.

3.2 Product Modifications

• Modification of products without Company authorization may compromise structural integrity and safety.
• The Company bears no responsibility for performance, safety, or durability of modified products.

4.1 Scope of Services

• Service specifications are provided in writing prior to commencement.
• Any service variations must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

4.2 Site Access and Conditions

• Users must ensure adequate site access for service provision.
• Users must provide accurate information regarding site conditions prior to service execution.
• A User representative should be present during service provision when applicable.

5.1 Warranty Coverage

• Products are warranted against manufacturing defects from installation or delivery.
• The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective components at the Company’s discretion.

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

• Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or inadequate maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage from environmental conditions beyond design specifications
• Consequential damages

5.3 Claims Process

• Defects must be reported in writing within days of discovery.
• The Company’s total liability is limited to the value of the affected products or services.

• All designs, drawings, specifications, and documentation created by the Company remain its exclusive property.
• Reproduction, modification, or distribution of Company designs requires prior written authorization.
• Users may not reverse engineer products or attempt to derive manufacturing methods.

7.1 Installation Safety

• Professional installation is recommended for all fencing systems.
• Safety guidelines provided with products must be strictly followed.
• Appropriate protective equipment should be used during handling and installation.

7.2 Maintenance Requirements

• Regular inspection and maintenance are required to maintain product integrity.
• The Company provides maintenance guidelines that should be followed for optimal performance.

• User information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Information may be used to provide services and communicate relevant updates.
• User information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill obligations or as required by law.

• The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the specific products or services involved.
• The Company is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from improper product use or unauthorized modifications.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

11.1 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
